Chinese Women Aspire to Top Jobs. Do you?

Some of the most impressive people I’ve had the honor to work with through my MBA program and with MBA in the USA have been Chinese women. Their focus, drive, and analytical approach helped them land some of the most coveted internships and full-time job offers.

In the article, For Chinese Women, U.S. MBAs Are All the Rage, Businessweek looks at the trends among Asian women pursing MBAs in the USA. These women come to compete. According to a study referenced in the article, "about 76 percent of Chinese women aspire to a top job, compared with 52 percent of American women."

To my women readers, what do you aspire to after your MBA?
